21 Days Vegan Challenge – #DAY10

Getting ready to travel …

… but as the saying goes „strenght is to be found in serenity“ I started the day with a nice and relaxing run at Normafa. A lot of snow is up there so you find yourself in a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.

#BREAKFAST
We started into the day with a delicious smoothie with the following ingredients: 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 pear, agave syrup, vanilla, a bit of almond milk from our still favourit brand Plant Pro and some water.



#LUNCH / #DINNER
Before having lunch I prepared the sandwiches for our journey to good old Germany. Even so we are only travelling for 2 nights there were still some groceries that needed to go asap as e.g. an avocado. So I made up a very tasteful avocado dip using avocado, lemon, coconut cream, mustard, salt & pepper. Very lovely! Used it as spread and put some vegan cheese on top.


Than there was still this not too appealing jar full of artichokes that I had bought the other day in the supermarket. Artichokes in water – can absolutely not recommend those. The ones from Spar are really the best.
Well, so took the artichokes, added cherry tomatoes, olive oil, mustard, salt & pepper and some fresh squeezed lemon when I took it out of the oven – 180 degree, approx. 15min. It looked much better than expected and I was also happy with the taste. 🙂

So lets see how the journey will go and also the fact being somewhere else where I do not have access to the same selection of food like I have at home. For the trip itself I got myself those 3 snacks, all found at dm.
